- Please attach an image of the damaged goods included in email.
- We'll promptly process a full refund to your original payment for the damaged goods once we have noted the issue.


Refund Process for Change of Mind:

- Email us at support@tblue.com.au with your order number and email used for your purchase to initiate a return.
- We'll promptly process a full refund to your original payment method once we receive undamaged/unopened goods. 
- Refunds are not available for sample packs, multipacks, or subscriptions.

We strive to minimize waste by responsibly reusing, recycling, or disposing of returned goods.
